When you have rented a desk or office, you can use almost all facilities for free. Think about:

Super fast fiber optic internet

We have super fast fiber optic internet throughout the entire location with a 1 GB upload and download speed. If you rent a workplace from us, you have very good coverage throughout the building. We have approximately 50 WiFi access points. Do you prefer wired internet? We also have UTP ports available in all office spaces. In addition, we have a firewall and each tenant has his own login.

Forgot lunch or simply fancy a quick snack? We've got you covered!

Our vending machine is stocked with soft drinks, snacks and sandwiches. The range is optimized based on needs, so we ensure that your favorite snack or sandwich is available. Payment is easy with debit card or Apple Pay!

Charge your car during your working day

For tenants who rent a parking space, it is now also possible to charge your electric car during your working day at JOIN ME flex office! Plug into the charging station, present your charging card and start charging immediately.

Fresh bean coffee and tea

In the general kitchen and in the kitchens on the floors there are Douwe Egberts coffee machines that make very tasty expressos, cafe creme's or Capuccino's. For tea drinkers there are various tea flavors to choose from.

Using the printer

The printer can be used for free as long as it is for daily use. Are you going to send huge mailings? Then let us know. The printer can scan, print and copy.

Lounge and roof terrace

Would you like to catch up with colleagues over a nice cup of coffee? Then take a seat in our cozy lounge. If the sun shines, you can also take a short break on our roof terrace with a view of Het IJ and the skyline of Amsterdam!

Weekly cleaning

The location is thoroughly cleaned every week. Outside regular office hours, we will ensure that everyone can work safely in a clean environment, which is of particular importance in today's times.

Private lockers

Do you like to work on a (larger) monitor of your own or do you have other stuff that you would like to leave behind so that you don't have to take it with you every time? Rent your own locker. With your personal access code, you are the only one who has access to this.

Kitchen

The kitchen is for general use. Everyone is supposed to put their own dishes in the dishwasher. Do you bring your own food or drinks? Then feel free to store it in the fridge. Do you want to take a break, or treat yourself by having a delicious healthy lunch delivered or picked up? There are many cozy restaurants in the area where you can relax between your hard work.

Camera security

For the safety of our tenants, we have placed cameras in various places that are connected to our camera system. The images of this are saved. If something ever happens, we can always find out exactly what happened.

Access controlsysteem

The building is equipped with a high-quality access control system whereby each tenant has a personal access code or app. It is always clear who and when someone has been in the building.
