Superfast fiber optic internet
In our offices, we offer super-fast fiber optic internet with 1 GB upload and download speeds. If you rent a workstation from us, you'll have excellent coverage throughout the building. We have approximately 50 Wi-Fi access points. Prefer wired internet? We also have UTP ports available in all office spaces. We also have a firewall, and each tenant has their own Wi-Fi login.
Unique roof terrace
Fancy a quick catch-up with colleagues over a delicious cup of coffee? If the sun is shining, you can also take a short break on our rooftop terrace with views of the IJ River and the Amsterdam skyline!
Very spacious lounge
The lounge is perfect for informal gatherings. Lunch is often served there in the afternoon. There's also an event space with sliding doors if you prefer a more private setting.
Forgot lunch or simply fancy a quick snack?
We've got you covered! Our vending machine is stocked with soft drinks, snacks, and sandwiches. The selection is optimized based on demand, so we ensure your favorite snack or sandwich is always available. Payment is easy with your debit card or Apple Pay!
Access with our app
Get access to the gate, entrance doors, and internal doors with our handy app. Super convenient, and no more unnecessary access code entry!
Free fresh bean coffee and tea
The communal kitchen and the kitchens on the upper floors are equipped with Douwe Egberts coffee machines that make delicious espressos, café crèmes, and cappuccinos. For tea drinkers, there are various tea flavors to choose from.
Call booths for extra privacy
Need to have a private phone conversation or simply need a little more privacy? Then hop into one of our call booths!
Weekly cleaning
Every week, the branch and office spaces are thoroughly cleaned by professional cleaners. This service is included in the rent!
CCTV and access control
For the safety of our tenants, we've installed cameras in various locations connected to our CCTV system. The footage is stored. Should anything ever happen, we can always find out exactly what happened. We also have an access control system, allowing you to grant yourself access with an app or access code!
Shower space
Cycling to work or want to freshen up before heading out to dinner? Then use our shower facilities!
Kitchens
The kitchens are for general use. Please ensure everyone puts their own dishes in the dishwasher. Bringing your own food or drinks? Feel free to store them in the refrigerator. Fancy a break, or treating yourself to a delicious, healthy lunch delivered or picked up? There are plenty of inviting restaurants and cafes nearby where you can relax and unwind from your hard work.
A secure indoor bicycle shed
Do you cycle to work and want to park it safely and under cover? Then park it for free in our secure indoor bike shed.
